Copper Package:

Our most basic of our accounting packages. This package will include posting of sales deposits, checks, credit card and ATM activity, as well as monthly reconciliations of bank and credit card statements. This package is ideal for the business owner who just needs a limited amount of help with their accounting needs.

Silver Package:

Includes posting of receivables, posting payments, preparing statements (if applicable), scheduling and paying of bills, preparation and posting of payroll and payroll liabilities, preparation and filing (if applicable) of payroll tax returns and state excise tax returns

Emerald Package:

Includes all the benefits of Copper & Silver packages plus year end tax preparation – i.e. W-2 and 1099 forms, as well as year end financial reports for your tax preparer Tax Care: Preparation and filing (if applicable) of all payroll and/or financial returns – i.e. state excise tax returns, Employment Security, 941 Federal Payroll Tax, Annual 940 Federal Unemployment Tax and state gambling reports (if applicable)
